To learn more about us and our team, visit our website.We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong business acumen and executive presence, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment. You’ll partner with a portfolio of clients to provide strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across employee relations, compliance, compensation, HR programs, and more.What you’ll do:Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, including C-Suite executives with confidence and executive presenceLead HR initiatives from strategy through execution addressing a wide range of HR and organizational needs including policy development, organizational compliance, compensation analysis, HRIS implementation, audits, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefit administration & payroll processing and oversightManage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutionsBuild strong, lasting client relationships that drive Humani’s continued successWhat you bring:7+ years of progressive, client-facing HR experience (a degree in HR and/or professional HR designation is highly desired)Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states (NY & CA preferred)Strong experience in managing and overseeing payroll operations/and or Union experience is strongly preferredRobust business acumen with proven ability to translate business needs into actionable HR objectivesExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving and needs analysis skillsAbility to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environmentsWhy Humani:$80K–$100K base + performance bonus (10–25%+)4 weeks' vacation + wellness daysBenefits + retirement matchMeaningful growth, impact, and learning opportunitiesIf you’re a strategic, hands-on HR professional who loves solving complex people challenges—we’d love to meet you.
