We are looking for a talented Lead Cook / Kitchen Manager to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Plate presentation and ensuring food quality Executing a la carte and batch cooking Managing back of house operations Required Skills: Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of scratch cooking techniques Experience with broiling, sautéing, and sauce making Ability to work with seafood, salads, and dietary restrictions Excellent knife skills and portion control Nice to Have Skills: Experience with soup making and special diets Knowledge of different types of cuisines Ability to adapt to changing menus Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary with a maximum of $55,200 per year, along with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within the company.
