Master Scheduler
Meyer Utility Structures (MUS) is searching for a Master Scheduler. In this role at our Hager City, WI manufacturing plant, you would be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the plant’s Master Production Schedule to support on time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, and revenue goals. With over sixty years of transmission structural design and fabrication experience, Meyer can provide the structure that best fits your transmission, distribution, substation, or concrete project needs.What You’ll DoMaintain and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support on time delivery and plant capacity goalsMonitor workflow and production performance to identify, communicate, and resolve capacity constraintsDevelop production plans using backlog data, demand signals, and capacity assumptionsPartner closely with Project Managers and customers to provide project status updates and coordinate prioritiesSupport on time delivery by proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actionsProvide support for functional activities, including:Accurate and timely data processing and reportingProduction performance analysisCustomer‑specific reporting and inquiriesGenerate and distribute work order cuttings, production reports, and schedule updates to the production teamEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systemsContinuously improve scheduling, reporting, and planning processes using data and analyticsWhat You’ll NeedAssociate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceA minimum 5 or more years of production scheduling, master scheduling, or manufacturing planningIntermediate - Advanced skills in MS Office Products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint.Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and production controlExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionallyHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsMUS276
