Top performers hit the higher end of that.What we're looking for:Some experience with customers, sales, or carsSomeone who learns quickly and takes feedback wellStrong communication - no scripts, just talk to people like a normal personAbility to stay organized when things get busyComfortable using computers and systemsWhat you'll be doing:Talking with customers and helping them through the service processKeeping communication tight between customers and techniciansStaying organized so nothing gets missedFollowing up - customers shouldn't have to track you downLearning how to make solid recommendations without being pushy
