This role is essential to ensuring our creative production, product photography, and marketing campaigns run smoothly across our fast-growing retail business specializing in medical uniforms and culinary apparel.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in photoshoot coordination, sample management, inventory planning, or creative project operations who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Photoshoot Execution & Support (Primary Focus)Own end-to-end sample coordination for photoshoots, from prep through wrapPrepare and organize all samples for shoots, ensuring accuracy against shot lists and styling needsEnsure all garments are steamed, tagged, styled, and presentation-readyPack, transport (if needed), and track all samples for on-set or off-site shootsSupport on-set needs, including quick changes, organization, and maintaining sample integrityOversee post-shoot returns, ensuring all items are accounted for, organized, and properly storedResponsible for securing the correct sample sizes for virtual fittingsCoordinate product embroidery needs for asset development and photoshootsInventory & Sample ManagementManage and maintain all apparel samples from development through productionTrack incoming and outgoing samples using inventory systems or spreadsheetsCoordinate sample requests across creative, marketing, and sales teamsConduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient sample roomCross-Functional Collaboration & OperationsCoordinate closely with Product Development, Design, and Merchandising teams on product needsOversee product inventory planning for photoshoot and creative needsManage the physical garment sample library and prop inventoryLead onboarding and offboarding of samples in alignment with SLAsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partnersStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple shoots and deadlinesExceptional attention to detail, especially in styling and presentationAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory trackingStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAction-oriented, resilient, and adaptable under tight timelinesPassion for fashion, product presentation, and creative productionSomeone who thrives in photoshoot environments and enjoys hands-on coordinationA highly organized operator who can anticipate needs before they ariseA dependable team player who keeps creative projects running smoothlyA problem-solver who can pivot quickly and maintain composure on set1–3 years of experience in fashion, apparel production, or photoshoot/sample coordination preferredOffice-based – Fort Lauderdale Headquarters Just a short distance from the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beaches, our home base of South Florida is a perfect reflection of our customer population and culturally rich and diverse team.
