If you have a passion for drawing blood, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism, this is your chance to advance your career in a dynamic, flexible environment.What You'll Do:Travel between various clinical and patient locations to perform blood collection services with precision and care.Draw high-quality blood specimens from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients, adhering strictly to established procedures.Verify patient identity by confirming demographic details and obtaining signatures, ensuring specimen traceability.Prepare, label, and document specimens accurately for laboratory testing, maintaining confidentiality and compliance at all times.Educate patients about the blood collection process, fostering trust and confidence during each interaction.Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in all settings, following safety protocols.Demonstrate leadership behaviors by following process excellence practices and upholding the organization's commitment to quality.Complete timely documentation, record-keeping, and data entry to support seamless lab operations.Adapt to schedule changes, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts, to meet patient and organizational needs.Travel efficiently across multiple sites, submitting mileage expenses as applicable, and demonstrating punctuality and reliability.What We're Looking For:Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Proven expertise in collecting blood in high-volume, fast-paced environments.Solid understanding of venipuncture techniques, safety procedures, and specimen handling.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, across multiple locations.High school diploma or equivalent is required; medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus.Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially for those operating in states where mandated.For candidates in certain regions, appropriate state-specific certifications are required.Nice to Have:Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data entry.Previous work in mobile or community healthcare settings.Bilingual skills to better serve diverse patient populations.Additional Requirements:Must be within a 20-25 minute commute of assigned sites.Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.Committed to punctuality, dependable attendance, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with dress code.Ability to adapt to changing schedules and travel expectations in a multi-site environment.This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your phlebotomy skills in a flexible, patient-focused role that makes a real difference.
