Medical Laboratory Scientist

Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic laboratory testing in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory standards. Adhere to quality assurance, quality control, safety, and infection prevention guidelines. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. Verify and document test results with accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and manage laboratory supply levels. Support departmental initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts. Share technical knowledge and laboratory best practices with peers and team members. Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, clinical teams, and external partners. Requirements Preferred: MLS, ASCP, or AMT certification. 3 years of minimum exp, epic exp is highly preferred, SYSMEX preferred Hands-on experience in hematology and urinalysis required. Experience with laboratory information systems preferred (Epic strongly desired). Familiarity with automated analyzers
