Remote, Contract-based, Florida Immigration and Family Law Paralegal Opportunity

We are a national network of experienced, high‐level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on‐demand support for both short‐term and long‐term legal projects for our client law firms.Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicatedFlorida Family Law / Immigration Paralegal .Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately6–10 hours per week .Paralegal RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida family law matters (immigration experience also preferred)Strong experience drafting pleadings, petitions, and discovery, including initial disclosuresExperience supporting immigration matters, including document preparation and client coordinationAbility to follow up with clients to gather information and documentation needed for filings and case progressionExperience managing all aspects of calendaring, deadlines, and case organization to ensure no deadlines are missedFamiliarity with scheduling, e‐filing with courts, and general administrative litigation supportAbility to research and identify local court/judge rules as neededStrong client communication and case management skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to move cases forward independently and take initiative on next stepsProficiency with Clio or similar case management systems (preferred)Self‐starter who can work independently in a remote environmentOur Paralegal pay rate starts at$30/hour .We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!Please respond with your resume and we will contact you for a 30‐minute online meeting in the next two days to answer all of your questions about The Freelance Firm and this opportunity.Resume submissions will be kept in strict confidence.Please visit our website at www.thefreelancefirm.com to learn more about us and the services we provide.#J-18808-Ljbffr
