Eagle Rd. Meridian, IDPrimrose School of South Meridian is seeking a nurturing and experienced Lead Wobbler Teacher to join our early childhood team. Our Wobbler classroom serves children around 1 year of age who are not yet fully walking and acts as a bridge between our Infant and Toddler programs. This classroom follows a toddler-style daily schedule while providing the extra support and care wobblers need during this important developmental stage.If you have a passion for guiding children through early milestones and creating a warm, structured, and loving environment, we would love to meet you.Schedule* Monday-Friday* 8:15 AM - 5:15 PMCompensation* $17-$18 per hour, based on experienceWhat You'll DoLead and manage a Wobbler classroom for children approximately 12-18 months with a ratio of 1:5Implement developmentally appropriate activities following a toddler-style daily routineSupport early mobility, language development, and social-emotional growthMaintain a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environmentCommunicate daily with families regarding milestones, routines, and progressEnsure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulationsCollaborate with leadership and team members to support smooth transitions from infants to toddlersWhat We're Looking ForMeets Idaho childcare licensing requirementsExperience working with infants or young toddlers preferredStrong understanding of early childhood development and early milestonesCalm, patient, and nurturing teaching styleReliable, organized, and confident in classroom leadershipCPR/First Aid certification preferredWhy PrimroseAt Primrose School of South Meridian, we believe the early years matter most.
