Experienced Front Office / Medical Assistant for Aesthetic Practice

Location: 1624 Stelton Rd. Suite 101, Piscataway, NJ 08854 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays per month Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are looking for a dependable and professional Front Office / Medical Support team member with a background in medspa, urgent care, dermatology, or other clinical settings. This role may be a great fit for someone with Medical Assistant experience, but MA certification is not required. This hybrid role includes both front-desk responsibilities and light clinical support. You will play a key part in creating a seamless, friendly, and efficient experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities: Greet, welcome, and check in patients warmly and professionally Answer and manage phone calls courteously and efficiently Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Perform administrative duties (filing, data entry, coordination) Keep the front office and reception area clean and organized Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow If MA-trained: assist with basic clinical tasks (vitals, patient intake, prepping treatment rooms) Qualifications: Background in a medical, medspa, or urgent care environment required Experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetics practice strongly preferred MA certification is a plus but NOT required Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail Proven history of reliability and job stability Friendly, collaborative, and patient-focused attitude Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching Health insurance Paid sick leave 1 week PTO in the first year Employee discounts on services and products Why Join Us?
