As a key member of a cross-functional squad, you design, develop, test, and deliver applications, while also supporting maintenance and decommissioning when needed. You work end-to-end in Agile, continuously improving both your skills and your team's. With a full stack understanding, you manage everything from design to deployment and incident resolution, always aligning with business goals to deliver the best solutions.The teamYou will be part of the Global Account Management System area within Wholesale Banking Tech, Network and Core Banking. You will collaborate with multiple teams spread across domains in Philippines, India, Belgium, The Netherlands, and more. We follow a Scrum Agile development process and strongly believe in the DevOps approach to deliver better software faster. If you have bright ideas, they will be valued and supported by both your peers and your management.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomate testing, deployment, and rollback processesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checksWork within Linux environments (preferably RHEL 8+) for deployment and troubleshooting.Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.Conduct static and dynamic code analysis and manage vulnerability scansEmbed security tools and practices into development workflowsContribute to containerization efforts using Docker.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Manage Observability KPI’s and SLI’sManage IT risk, vulnerabilities and technical complianceParticipate in incident response and post-mortem analysisEnsure systems meet regulatory and organizational complianceKey Capabilities/ExperienceHigh Knowledge in Full SDLCDevOps operation on Java ApplicationGITAzure DevOps and similar platformsSolid understanding of Linux (RHEL 8 or higher).Ansible, TerraformAutomate provisioning and configuration on cloud and on prem infrastructureSQL and PL/SQL, particularly with Oracle databases.Proficient in any Scripting Language (BASH, Python, GOLANG)Any Messaging Platform (MQ, Kafka)Proficient in any Observability tools (Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Grafana etc.)Understand and apply security integration (Sonarqube, OWASP)Familiarity with Docker for containerization.Willingness to learn new tools and platforms, including Finacle and INGenious.Openness to continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies.Essential attributes:Positive attitudeStrong analytical skillOpen to technology changesStrong sense of ownershipEffective collaborationAbility to work in agile environmentUnderstanding of JSON data structures.Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful APIs.Knowledge of ITGC Controls and its fundamentalsNice to have:Exposure to Finacle Scripting (IS and CT scripts).Fundamentals of any Programming LanguageMinimum QualificationsAt least 8 years of relevant working experience bridging the gap between business and IT.Proficient and experienced using various techniques for requirements elicitation, functional design and slicing Epics and features into user stories.A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree.Experience in working in a complex and challenging environment.Experience with an agile way of working.Knowledgeable about core banking services and related financial services.
