Warehouse Worker

E-COMMERCE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER Work Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday (5-day working schedule) Shift 9am - 5 pm. Weekends and holidays may be required. Salary: $17-20/hour, depends on the experience and skills. Two weeks of paid vacation a year. We are looking for somebody to stay with us for the long run. Schedule & Compensation: Workdays: Monday through Friday (5-day schedule) Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Availability: Occasional weekends and holidays may be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience and skills Benefits: Two weeks of paid vacation per year What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment Comfortable using computers and warehouse software Hands-on experience operating electric pallet stackers and reach trucks Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify by Homeland Security Seeking candidates interested in long-term employment Key Responsibilities: Unload, receive, and count new product shipments and returns Log incoming items, sort products per warehouse procedures Re-package, label, and palletize goods for storage or shipment Pick and pack items from inventory Prepare shipments, labels, and packing lists using UPS, FedEx, or USPS platforms Send bulk shipments to fulfillment centers and register outgoing packages Refurbish and re-label products as needed Keep the warehouse, offices, break areas, and bathrooms clean Break down boxes, dispose of waste, and perform light maintenance or painting Conduct regular physical inventory counts and spot checks Requirements: Previous experience with backend systems like Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Positive attitude and strong work ethic: punctual, reliable, and honest Self-motivated and organized, able to work with minimal supervision Fluent in spoken and written English Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs Comfortable working under deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt to new software Solid computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet tools, messaging apps Reliable transportation to our Miami-Dade warehouse (33147) Experience with electric pallet stacker and reach truck preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Reach truck: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
