Technical Source is currently in search of a DCS Automation Engineer for an engineering services firm in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This is a 12-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity that requires on-site work. The qualified candidate should have experience developing and delivering Distributed Control System solutions to clients.Responsibilities of the DCS Automation Engineer include:Design, Configure, & Implement DCS SystemsProvide Onsite Automation Engineering SupportAttend Meetings and Provide Status Updates to Relevant PartiesCommunicate with Vendors and Teams On-SiteQualifications of the DCS Automation Engineer include:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering3+ Years of Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DeltaV or 800xA Preferred)Knowledge of PLC's/HMI's/SCADAPharmaceutical/Biotech Industry Experience*No C2C or Sponsorship is available at this time**Compensation will scale based on experience and fit*
