Accounting Manager – Manufacturing (No Direct Reports)Arlington, WA - on-siteThe Accounting Manager oversees all day‑to‑day accounting activities for a manufacturing operation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely month‑end close. This role is hands‑on and works closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to support cost visibility and plant performance—without direct supervisory responsibilities.Key Responsibilities• Manage general ledger, month‑end close, and financial statement preparation• Maintain internal controls, account reconciliations, and audit readiness• Support cost accounting activities including standard costs, variances, and inventory valuation• Partner with operations on production reporting, inventory accuracy, and margin analysis• Oversee AP/AR processing, cash postings, and fixed asset tracking• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policiesQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing environment strongly preferred• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a hands‑on role
