Our client is a well-established, deal-driven financial institution undergoing a large-scale CRM transformation, transitioning from Salesforce to DealCloud. They are seeking three CRM Specialists (3–7 years of experience) to support this high-impact initiative.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end CRM migration activities from Salesforce to DealCloudConfigure and optimize DealCloud to align with deal workflows and relationship management needsPartner with business stakeholders (bankers, deal teams) to gather requirements and drive adoptionDevelop and deliver training programs for ~500+ users across the organizationAct as subject matter experts on DealCloud functionality and best practicesEnsure data quality, reporting accuracy, and system usability post-migrationQualifications3–7 years of CRM experience (DealCloud strongly preferred; Salesforce required)Experience supporting CRM implementations or migrationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience delivering user training at scale is highly desirableBackground in financial services, private equity, or investment banking is a plusCompensation: $60.00 – $80.00 per hourJ-18808-Ljbffr
