Learn more at insightsoftware.com.Job DescriptionSimultaneously manage multiple projects with activities, deliverables, and interdependencies involving internal and external teamsTrack project deliverables and schedules, with a strong focus on progress measurement, analysis, and reportingPlan and coordinate small to mid-sized projects through normal project phases such as discovery, design, development, deployment, and operationsHelp drive the transitional components from acquisition integrations by closing out any pending requirements or follow up items for smoother operationsPassion for working on a cross-functional team collaborating with various groups to understand business objectives and to deliver on team objectivesManage vendor communication and follow up on vendor tasks to ensure effective project deliveryMaintain project schedules, as applicable, to deliver projects on timeCapture and escalate risk that surfaces on a project to help mitigate or avoid project disruptionsProvide status reports, as appropriate to the size of engagement, to the Sr. Director of Business Systems or to a Steering CommitteeAccept ambiguity and constant change while seeking an understanding of business impacts for the project and the needed detail to deliver an effective project closeLearn operational procedures of the Business Systems Team to ensure appropriate guidance while owning project deliverablesDrive operational alignment and improvement initiatives for recently acquired companiesLook for opportunities to improve operational throughputDemonstrate excellent leadership skills, motivate, and direct teams of indirect resources with minimal supervisionQualificationsProject Management Professional, PMP, is a plus3+ years project management experience with demonstrated resultsBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fieldClear understanding and working knowledge of Software implementationsSelf-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skillsWork independently with minimal directionProject management, system implementation, and system integration experience is a plusExcellent business systems support and team contributorAbility quickly adapt to changing needs/environmentsThe salary range in United States of America for this position is 99,000.00 to 124,000.00 USD Annual.Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.We are committed to pay transparency and fair compensation practices.
