Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Master Journeyman at our facility in Henderson, NV. The Master Journeyman will be responsible for leading custom fabrication projects, ensuring quality standards, interpreting blueprints and designs, and collaborating with team members to execute client visions. Additional responsibilities may include hands-on fabrication, machinery operation, material selection, project troubleshooting, and providing mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications Proficient in fabrication skills, including carpentry, metalworking, and assemblyStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plansKnowledge of machinery operation, tool usage, and safe manufacturing practicesExperience in project management, workflow coordination, and quality assuranceAbility to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively across project stakeholdersAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlinesPrevious experience in exhibit and trade show fabrication is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificationsb or degrees in related fields preferred
