About the RoleWe're looking for reliable and hardworking Residential Construction Laborers to join an established construction team in the Los Angeles area. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, want to build new skills, and are eager to grow in the residential construction industry.What You'll DoAssist carpenters, framers, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades on residential job sitesLoad, unload, and move construction materials and tools around the worksiteClean and prepare sites by removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materialsSet up and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and temporary work structuresOperate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safelySupport framing, finish work, and general building activitiesFollow directions from supervisors and crew leads to ensure quality and safetyHelp maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periodsDependable, motivated, and eager to learnStrong work ethic and positive attitude on the job siteMust be able to communicate in EnglishPreferred (but not required):OSHA 30 certificationDOB Site Safety License
