Position OverviewThe Branch Manager will lead and oversee all operations within the EMCS (Energy Management Control Systems) division for the Jacksonville market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing financial performance, executing complex building automation projects, and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep industry expertise and a strong track record in operations, project delivery, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Leadership & StrategyServe as the primary leader and decision-maker for the EMCS division within the marketDrive business growth through strategic planning, client relationships, and operational excellenceEstablish and maintain a culture of accountability, performance, and professionalismProject Execution & Financial ManagementOversee all EMCS project procurement, execution, and deliveryNegotiate contracts, scope, and pricing to ensure profitabilityDevelop and manage project budgets and financial forecastsProvide monthly reporting on cost-to-complete and overall financial performancePrepare and submit accurate billing projectionsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, hire, train, and retain top talentConduct performance evaluations and support employee developmentPartner with field leadership to drive productivity and accountabilityRecommend compensation adjustments based on performance and market conditionsField Operations, Safety & QualityConduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are metEnforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practicesCollaborate with field leadership to ensure successful project executionQualifications12+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS)8+ years of hands-on experience with electrical installation of HVAC control systemsStrong expertise in estimating, sales, project management, and operationsProven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneouslyExperience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial reportingDemonstrated leadership experience in hiring, developing, and managing teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication and leadership skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
