This role partners cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve processes, and support production quality within a cleanroom assembly environment.Located in Devens, MA**Contract position****Pay:** $35-40/hour**Key Responsibilities**+ Lead and support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes+ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable regulatory standards+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality+ Support quality activities in a cleanroom assembly environment+ Manage and resolve internal quality issues and external customer complaints+ Utilize ERP and quality management systems to track and improve performance+ Assist in maintaining documentation and quality records**Top Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree and minimum 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer+ Experience in an assembly or cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred+ Certification in Quality Engineering and/or Lean Six Sigma preferred+ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, ETQ)"This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
