Role Description The Residential Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of properties within our portfolio to ensure they are maintained, compliant, and profitable. Responsibilities include managing tenant supervising lease agreements, and ensuring adherence to lease terms. The role requires proactive engagement in property inspections, addressing tenant needs promptly, and working closely with the property owners to meet their objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shalimar, FL. Qualifications Proficient in Property Management and Lease Administration with the ability to manage operational tasks and ensure compliance with lease terms.Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively liaise with tenants, property owners.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.A working knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus.Proficiency in property management software and technology is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
