We are looking to add a full time onsite Clinical Research Site Director to a growing site that is part of a large national site network executing industry leading therapeutic and device trials. Relocation to Nashville is offered for this role.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of clinical research management experience Strong knowledge of ICH GCPCCRP certification preferredExperience hiring, training, and supervising research staffResponsibilitiesManage site operations and staff dailyOversee hiring, training, and coaching of team membersMonitor workflow, milestones, and quality standardsLead resolution of workflow and data issuesEnsure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirementsReview reports, support monitoring visits, and contribute to process improvementsCollaborate with leadership on performance goals and team developmentProvide strategic oversight of site operationsLead staffing strategy and workforce planningMentor and develop junior and mid-level managersDrive resolution of complex quality and performance issuesEnsure site readiness for audits and inspectionsImplement continuous improvement initiativesServe as key contact for sponsors and CROsCollaborate with directors on site-level performance goals
