Host/Greeter - Buffalo Wild Wings $14-$18/hr

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking Greeters / Hosts to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and provide a positive first impression for customers entering the restaurant. Greeters are responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing the seating chart and wait times, escorting guests to tables, answering phone calls, handling takeout orders when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized front entrance area. Hosts help coordinate seating with servers and managers to ensure efficient table turnover and smooth restaurant operations. This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for tips in some locations, weekend pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises.
Greeters are responsible for communicating wait times to guests, managing reservations where applicable, assisting with to-go orders, keeping menus organized, helping clean tables when needed, and assisting servers and staff during busy periods. Employees must maintain a friendly attitude, professional appearance, and provide strong customer service at all times.
