In Home Caregiver

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal support, assisted daily living activities, compassionate human interaction, and documentation of services provided. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs. Assist with medication reminders and monitor health conditions. Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisor. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and transferring clients when necessary. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable. PSS or CNA preferred but not required - Elder Power will pay for you to be certified as a PSS if you are hired and do not already have a certification.
