Production Assistant

We're Hiring: Production Assistant — Ypsilanti, MIMAD Creative Concepts is a sign and graphics production shop in Ypsilanti, MI, and we're growing. We design, produce, and install custom signage, vehicle graphics, large format prints, LED signs, and more for businesses across Southeast Michigan.We're looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join our shop floor team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the full production process, from prepping materials and running equipment to applying graphics and helping with installs.What you'll be doing:Vinyl weeding and application, running large format printers, material and substrate prep, graphic installs and sign assembly, assisting with on-site and in-shop installations, LED sign assembly, and keeping production moving efficiently every day.What we're looking for:Someone who shows up on time, takes quality seriously, and works well in a fast-paced shop environment. Experience in any of the following is a plus: vinyl production or application, large format or wide format printing, sign fabrication or installation, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, CNC routing, or any hands-on production or manufacturing background. We're open to candidates at different experience levels — attitude and reliability matter as much as experience here.What we offer:$18 to $25 per hour depending on experience. Full-time permanent position. Monday through Friday, day shift. A tight-knit team where your work is visible and your contributions matter.
