Associate Director Information Technology

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Information Technology to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.This role will oversee IT support and operational effectiveness for an assigned segment of the organization, partnering closely with leadership to translate business priorities into practical technology strategies. The position will also guide staff execution, vendor management, and performance monitoring to help ensure reliable service delivery and strong day-to-day IT outcomes. In addition, this leader will play an important role in mentoring team members, supporting project planning, and driving accountability across IT operations.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Coordinate IT support for the assigned organizational segment Understand business policies related to IT responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategy with leadership teams Convey strategies to staff to ensure effective execution Oversee vendor management, including contracts and budgets Mentor staff in IT support and project management best practices Establish and monitor operational KPIs for productivityQualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including 2 years in management Critical thinking and problem management skills Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Organizational skills for IT project planningBenefits Work from home opportunity in Pennsylvania Supportive approach to staff development and mentoring Regular 40-hour work week with a focus on work-life balanceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
