What We DoWe are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead new business growth for our Life Insurance Policy Management and Administration Software Solutions. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions to the life insurance and annuities sector, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large net-new opportunities with life insurance carriers and third-party administrators. This is a strategic role that blends business development, consultative solution selling, and deep industry understanding.What you will doDrive net-new revenue growth by prospecting and closing enterprise software deals within the life insurance and annuity markets.Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting policy administration modernization, digital transformation, and core system replacement initiatives.Engage at multiple levels — from business (Operations, Policy Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Distribution) to IT and C-suite.Lead discovery sessions to understand client challenges across policy lifecycle management, billing, claims, and customer experience.Partner with solution consultants, product, and delivery teams to craft compelling, value-driven proposals and RFP responses.Manage a complex sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close, often 6–12 months in duration.Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.Represent the company at industry conferences and forums (LIMRA, InsurTech Connect, etc.).Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting life insurance operations.What we are looking for12+ years of enterprise software sales experience (preferably SaaS, policy admin systems, or insurance technology)Demonstrated success in selling core insurance systems, policy administration platforms, or digital transformation solutions to insurance carriers.Deep understanding of life and annuity business processes —New Business, underwriting, policy issuance, claims, billing, commissions, agent portals, and customer service.Strong network within the life insurance industry — executives, operations leaders, and IT stakeholders.Proven ability to develop and close six- to seven-figure deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.Experience with consultative and value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).Prior work with major life insurance policy and core software vendorsFamiliarity with policy administration modernization projects or legacy system migrations.Experience coordinating with system integrators (SIs) or consulting partners.Understanding of ERP Systems and back-office operations.Proven communication and presentation skills in English language and ability to maintain solid network and relationshipsAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%What we offerA place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherishedA global team of highly respected SAP and industry experts where you can make a differenceThe chance to be a part of a continuously growing businessCompetitive salaries and a broad range of benefits which are highlighted below. The salary range for this position in the US are $180,000 to $220,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, education and knowledge. The salary range is not inclusive of the generous discretionary bonus that is also part of the full package.
