Procurement Operations & Intake Specialist (Technology) - Contract-to-HireLocation: Lakeville, MN (Hybrid)Type: Contract-to-hire (preferred), full-time hoursTarget Start: ASAPWhy this role existsOur client's procurement function is newly formed and has quickly gained visibility across the organization. Demand has increased significantly, creating pressure across contract visibility, renewals, intake triage for technology-related requests, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination (Legal, Security, Finance, IT, Product).This role is designed to reduce strain on the current single-contributor model, stabilize day-to-day execution, and help pilot/improve intake and procurement workflows-especially as the team prepares for near-term regulatory/audit remediation and works to centralize visibility into active contracts, SLAs, renewals, and key terms.Role summaryThis is a mid-level, hands-on role focused on:Procurement operations and renewals supportFront-door intake triage for technology-related requestsCoordinating across Procurement, Legal, Security, IT, Product, and FinanceThis is not a pure administrative role and not a senior strategic negotiator role.
