Contracting Coordinator

Position Summary The Contracting Coordinator provides administrative support for payer and provider contracting activities. This role is responsible for assisting with payer contracts, Single Case Agreements (SCAs), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) agreements, Hospice contracts, and other provider agreements. The position maintains contract records, tracks renewals, obtains required documentation, and supports the contracting process to ensure timely execution of agreements. Essential Functions * Assist with the preparation and coordination of payer contracts and provider agreements. * Support the processing of Single Case Agreements (SCAs) with commercial and government payers. * Maintain and update contract files, databases, and tracking logs. * Monitor contract expiration dates and assist with renewals and amendments. * Follow up with payers, providers, SNFs, Hospices, and other facilities regarding contract status and required documentation. * Coordinate contract signatures and ensure executed agreements are properly maintained. * Communicate contract updates to internal departments as needed. * Assist in gathering information required for payer and provider contracting requests. * Maintain professional relationships with payer representatives and provider partners. * Generate basic reports related to contract activity and renewals. * Perform other administrative duties related to contracting and provider relations. Qualifications Required: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-3 years of healthcare administrative experience. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred: * Experience with payer contracting and Single Case Agreements. * Experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, hospice, or healthcare administration. * Knowledge of healthcare insurance terminology and payer processes. _The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
