This role isfully remoteand will focus on managing commercial DFH projects from detailing through closeout.Projects range fromsmall $10K scopes to $1.5M+ contracts , requiring strong organizational skills, technical DFH knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Division 8 projects frompost-award through closeoutPerformdetailing and submittalsfor doors, frames, and hardwareCoordinate and processmaterial orderingwith manufacturers and suppliersOversee project schedules, deliverables, and internal workflowsCommunicate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholdersManage multiple projects simultaneously across varying sizes and complexityUtilizeComsensefor project tracking, documentation, and managementEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the project lifecycleProject ScopeProject sizes range from approximately$10K to $1.5M+Annual volume and backlog expectations will be discussedMix of small, mid-size, and large commercial projectsRequired Experience & QualificationsProven experience as aDivision 8 Project ManagerHands-on experience withComsense(required)Strong knowledge of commercialdoors, frames, and hardwareExperience with detailing, submittals, ordering, and project coordinationAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a remote environmentWork EnvironmentFullyremote positionIndependent, self-directed role with accountability for deadlines and deliverablesOpportunity to join a growing team with additional hiring planned#J-18808-Ljbffr
