Program Manager Location: Fully remote (US) - ability to go onsite in SF, MPK, NYCPay: $70-80/Hr (W2)Duration: Initial 12-month contract (expected extension/conversion)Schedule: Full-time, M-F (40 hrs/wk)Target Start: June 2026Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTOJob Overview: The Strategic Operations & Program Management team supports Content Studio by driving planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination across major initiatives. This Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.Day-to-day:Helping manager overall program end to endScheduling meetings w XFNAction itemsStakeholdersStrategic plans and recommendationsComing with issues and concernsBridge the gap between creative and business needsUnderstand the feedbackResponsibilities:Manage programs end-to-end (planning ? execution ? delivery) for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns across Content Studio (e.g., flagship events, product launches, policy/social campaigns)Build timelines, project plans, and track milestonesCoordinate across teams (creative, social, communications, agencies)Run meetings, track action items, and manage stakeholdersIdentify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when neededSupport strategic planning (roadmaps, goals, resourcing)Improve processes, workflows, and toolsBridge creative and business needs to ensure aligned executionQualifications:7+ years of program/project management experience (marketing, comms, creative, or media)Communications and traditional marketing - social and editorial teamsUnderstanding the organic side of marketingExperience managing large, complex, cross-functional programsStrong organization and ability to manage multiple workstreamsExcellent communication skills (clear updates to stakeholders/leadership)Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)Ability to work independently and drive projects forwardMust-Have Skills:Working with cross-functional partnersConflict resolution with XFNCoordinating and tracking milestonesDealing with programs of a larger sizeManage creative timelinesNice-to-Have Skills:OrganizedOpen to AIFlexible - adaptablePursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
