Mobile Drug Testing Specimen Collector (Part-Time)

Job Summary We are looking for reliable and professional Specimen Collectors to join our growing drug testing team. This is a mobile, fast-paced role that requires traveling to job sites, offices, and private locations throughout Houston and surrounding areas to conduct drug and alcohol testing for employers and individual clients. Experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right candidate who is dependable and willing to learn. Responsibilities Travel to client locations to conduct on-site drug and alcohol testing in a mobile setting Collect urine and other biological specimens in accordance with DOT and non-DOT procedures Ensure proper labeling, handling, and chain-of-custody documentation for all specimens Follow established protocols to maintain specimen integrity and confidentiality Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and aseptic collection techniques Manage specimen storage and transportation in compliance with regulatory standards Accurately document all collection activities using electronic or paper-based systems Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, donors, employers, and site contacts regarding collection procedures Follow all applicable health, safety, and compliance regulations at all times Assist with basic operational tasks as needed, including inventory tracking and equipment upkeep Requirements: Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel throughout Houston and nearby areas Ability to work independently in the field Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely Professional appearance and communication skills Comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality Preferred (Not Required): DOT-certified collector Prior experience in drug testing, specimen collection, healthcare, or compliance-based roles Schedule: Part-time Primarily evenings (6:00 PM and later) with some daytime assignments On-call style scheduling based on testing demand Why This Role: Flexible part-time work Training provided Ideal for candidates seeking evening-focused work Opportunity to gain DOT certification and grow within the drug testing industry Pay: From $12.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
