Healthcare Analytics ConsultantAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Healthcare Analytics Consultant to join our Strategic Resource Group and help turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll work with large-scale claims, provider, and pricing datasets to answer critical business and market questions.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in SQL and analytics who wants to grow into a more strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of data, healthcare, and business decision-making.What You’ll DoWrite and optimize SQL queries to analyze large healthcare datasetsTranslate business questions into structured data analyses and outputsBuild and maintain reusable datasets, templates, and analytical frameworksValidate data quality and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or edge casesSupport research and pre-sales efforts by assessing data feasibilityDocument methodologies and approaches to ensure consistency and scalabilityPartner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Research, Product, and Data EngineeringContribute to improving how we answer recurring strategic questions using dataWhat You Bring3–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related fieldStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsExperience with healthcare claims data Familiarity with tools like Tableau (or similar BI tools), Excel, PowerPoint, and DatabricksStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to break down ambiguous problems into structured approachesClear communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience supporting client-facing or pre-sales analytics workExposure to data modeling or analytics engineering conceptsInterest in healthcare strategy, market intelligence, or researchWhy This Role?Work with one of the most comprehensive healthcare datasets in the industryGrow your skills beyond reporting into strategy, methodology, and data designGain exposure to cross-functional teams and real business impactHelp shape how data is used to answer complex healthcare questionsWho You AreYou’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems with data, takes pride in clean and reliable outputs, and is eager to grow into a more strategic analytics role.
