The Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions, assess client needs and goals, and create individualized wellness plans that may include nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and lifestyle habits. Day-to-day tasks include providing ongoing encouragement and accountability, and adjusting plans as needed. The role also involves promotion of wellness products.
