The professional flood insurance agents at Franklin are available for questions and inquiries weekdays during normal business hours (Eastern time) and for claims service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Role Overview We are seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Exton, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to customers, identifying customer needs, conducting risk assessments, and preparing and delivering revenue-generating quotes on behalf of our clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships using internally generated leads and company-supported opportunities Conduct needs-based analysis to determine appropriate insurance coverage for clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets Requirements Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance systems
