Additional responsibilities include performing on-site surveys, inspections, assessments, abatement oversight and monitoring and auditing of safety procedures and applicable regulations associated with industrial hygiene and environmental projects.ResponsibilitiesOperational Prepare proposals and budgets for projects and present to clients for approval. Forecast revenue over 90 day period. Attend job walks, pre-construction job walks and attend meetings with potential and existing clients. Review project scope and select tasks and deliverables. Field calls from potential and existing clients with ability and knowledge to answer questions. Review and provide feedback for project drawings, plans and specifications. Perform field investigations. Monitor project budgets, determine the scope, turn-around time, client interaction, timing and rates. Monitor and guide field personnel activity and quality. Prepare and review reports for projects. Assist with recruitment of staff by participating in interviews and provide constructive feedback. Perform the responsibilities of the Client Resources Manager. Save and organize all project-related paperwork into electronic project file.People Development Provide effective leadership and management to the assigned team. Collaborate with internal and follow procedures to successfully manage projects and field staffBusiness Development Maintain and build relationships with clients and grow business from existing customer base. Log customer service/business development calls in Client Resource Management (CRM) system. Attend association or other targeted meetings or presentations, as requested by Director. Progress calls and assign meeting attendance into personal meetings and/or presentations. Refer and/or engage the Business Development team in local opportunities. Assist in the preparation of marketing resources (project summaries).Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, successfully managing large and complex projects in at least one of our service lines. Must have established relationships with multiple clients from successfully managing their projects and be the clients' main contact for the company Willing to travel when necessary and flexibility in schedule. Deep knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, practices, and regulations, including exposure assessments, hazard control, and personal protective equipment. Ability to analyze and interpret technical data effectively communicate findings to diverse technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Competent in all aspects of computing software necessary for the position. Possess professional and proficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Abilities Effective, professional, and clear communication skills, both written and oral. Flexibility in work schedule and willing to travel to different project locations, as needed. Proficient using Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with Project Management and Client Resource Management (CRM) featuresEducation / Credential Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Health and Safety, Biological or Physical Science or equivalent. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification is required
