Green Garden Country Club in Frankfort, Illinois, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, publicly accessible golf and dining operation approximately 45 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. With experienced department teams in place and ownership focused on operational performance and continued growth, this is a stable environment with real opportunity for a strong operator to make an impact.The General Manager leads all aspects of the operation, including golf operations, food and beverage, outside operations, and event programming across 45 holes of golf, an indoor 36-bay driving range, an outdoor grass tee driving range, and a full-service restaurant and banquet facility with capacity for up to 300 guests. This role carries direct accountability for staff performance, guest experience, revenue results, and day-to-day execution across all departments.
