Temporary Accounting And Accounts Receivable Administrative Support This temporary role provides accounting and accounts receivable administrative support during a departmental transition. The position focuses on ensuring accurate processing, organized communication, and reliable assistance to the collections function. The duration of this role is approximately two months.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries, including tax corrections.Manage and process lien waivers accurately and on time.Monitor the accounts receivable and credit email inbox; route items to the appropriate team member as needed.Provide general administrative support to the accounting and collections teams.RequirementsPrevious experience in accounts receivable, accounting, and/or a related fieldDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
