We are seeking a highly motivated, fully licensed Insurance Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of State Farm experience who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This is a remote position designed for someone who understands State Farm systems, products, and sales expectations and can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level or service-only role. We are looking for a sales professional who is confident, competitive, and driven by production goals. What You’ll Do Proactively sell auto, fire, life, and health products Cross-sell and round out household accounts Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and warm leads Maximize in-book opportunities and increase household penetration Follow up consistently to close pending business Meet and exceed monthly production goals Maintain accurate documentation in State Farm systems What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience (required) Active Property & Casualty license (required) Active Life & Health license (required) Proven track record of sales production Strong understanding of State Farm quoting systems and underwriting guidelines Ability to work independently in a remote environment Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Strong closing skills and objection handling ability Compensation Competitive base salary ( $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year ) Commission and performance bonuses Production incentives Growth opportunity within the agency Apply today and let’s grow together.
