This position focuses on building strong client relationships and driving sales growth in the Lower New England region. As a medium-sized organization, it is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality products and fostering strong partnerships with customers. Description Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Lower New England region. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of client interactions. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Regularly report on sales performance and propose strategies for continuous improvement. Profile A successful Outside Sales professional should have: Proven success in sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry. Ideally packaging sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel within the Lower New England region. A valid driver's license. Located in CT, Southern MA or RI region.
