NO 3RD PARTY CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.Human Capital Project ManagerHuman Capital Analytics and Products (HCAP) · New York, NY · Full-time · HybridWe're looking for a seasoned project manager with a background in people analytics, compensation systems, or HR technology to join HCAP — a team that sits at the intersection of data, technology, and talent strategy at one of the world's leading investment firms.If you've spent your career turning messy compensation data into clean workflows, translating what HR leaders need into what engineers can build, and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion — this role was written for you.What You'll Own• Data curation — leverage employee data to answer strategic talent questions for firm leadership• Cross-functional PM — lead complex compensation processes and software implementations end-to-end• Stakeholder management — own relationships from IC to C-suite, manage backlogs, user support, and project planning• Analytics — ad hoc compensation analyses in close collaboration with Human Capital and Finance• Product scoping — translate open-ended business needs into structured, cross-team workflows and toolsStrong Candidates Will Bring• 7+ years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree or higher (advanced degrees a plus)• Proven track record managing complex software implementations with multiple stakeholders• Deep Excel proficiency; experience in process mapping, technical writing, or data modeling preferred• Comfort presenting to and influencing senior/executive stakeholders• Curiosity about generative AI and how to apply it to real workflows• Discretion with sensitive, confidential informationIdeal backgrounds: People analytics, HRIS/HCM implementation, compensation systems, HR technology program management — particularly at firms known for data-driven people operations.#PRITechJobs
