The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, expanding digital and social reach, and building programs that enhance consumer engagement and sell-through across various retail and e-commerce channels. This role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on optimizing consumer journeys, user-generated content, and performance marketing to accelerate online conversion and sales. The VP will also be tasked with developing 360° marketing and launch plans, building retailer-specific marketing strategies, and overseeing marketing budgets and performance. A key aspect of the role is to translate consumer and cultural insights into high-impact marketing programs and to lead a small, high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' marketing experience in beauty, personal care, or closely related CPG categories, with a proven track record in driving awareness, social and digital growth, and omnichannel activation. Experience in both established and entrepreneurial marketing environments is essential, as is a deep understanding of consumer behavior, creator/influencer ecosystems, earned media, retail marketing, and digital performance. The role requires a leader who is collaborative, low-ego, and capable of designing strategy, building processes, and being actively involved in day-to-day execution. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field is advantageous.
