The Relationship Banker will build and maintain strong relationships with members, provide expert advice on financial products and services, and assist members with account management, loans, and general financial services. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an excellent member experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer ServiceKnowledge and experience in Financial Services and FinanceExperience in processing and coordinating LoansExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environmentPrior experience within the financial or banking sector is preferredFamiliarity with credit union operations is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in finance or banking are advantageous
