IDMS Data Processor
Position Summary:
Acuren Inspection is actively hiring for an IDMS - Data Processor to support operations at a client worksite. Office located in Covington, LA. Work schedule will be 9/80.
The primary role is to provide data and entry analysis support for our client; including, but not limited to, installation, implementation, conversion, documentation, report/dashboard, and data entry via Meridium APM and other systems. We are looking for talent that learns rapidly, has the ability to work with client internal staff to define and enhance processes.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Accurate data entry of inspection field reports
Recognize, identify and investigate data issues
Adheres to quality standards and ensures accuracy of work
Participates in Team Meetings and keeps connected to organization’s annual goals and objectives
Works within time budget allocations for projects
Ensures completion dates are met in conjunction with other team members with customer satisfaction in mind
Accountable for project deliverables on time where it applies to data processing and data management
Participate in planning and scheduling meetings with Inspection team
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
Communicate to all in a professional, effective and courteous manner
Various administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements:
Highschool Degree Required
2-year Technical Degree in Engineering, Data, or Similar Field Preferred
3+ years of data entry experience in an office setting
Knowledge of MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
