In short, they enable customers to make better decisions, get better results and be more productive.Our Customer is seeking a contract Securities Litigation Attorney Editor with 3+ years of experience to support the development of online legal products within a practical guidance platform.This role requires a self-motivated attorney with strong, concise writing skills who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate brings experience in securities enforcement, with a preference for familiarity with FINRA regulations and broker-dealer or investment adviser matters.This is a part-time (5-15 hours/week), hourly position offering a flexible schedule and a fully remote work arrangement.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with content leadership to develop, write, and edit practical guidance on securities litigation topics and trendsDraft, review, and annotate practice notes, forms, and checklistsApply subject matter expertise to support content development and ensure accuracyResearch and analyze securities litigation laws, regulations, and emerging trendsEnsure content is clear, actionable, and aligned with legal best practicesSkills/QualificationsLaw degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with a U.S. State Bar (retired status acceptable)Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in securities litigationStrong understanding of securities litigation laws and trendsExperience drafting legal documents related to securities litigationExcellent writing, editing, and research skillsProficiency in Microsoft WordStrong communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
