In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced architects and engineers to contribute to the design of structural systems across a diverse portfolio of building types, including research and development facilities, mission-critical environments, data centers, transportation, and higher education projects.You’ll support the delivery of structural designs, performing analysis, developing calculations, and assisting in the preparation of construction documents. With guidance from senior engineers, you’ll continue building your technical expertise while gaining exposure to project delivery, client coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Our global network will provide you access to technical experts and opportunities for growth and learning.What You’ll DoAssist in the structural design and analysis of building systems under the guidance of senior engineersPrepare calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications for a variety of projectsSupport coordination with architects and other engineering disciplinesContribute to meeting project scope, schedule, and quality objectivesParticipate in project meetings and assist with construction administration tasks as neededContinue developing technical knowledge and professional skillsHere's what you'll needBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering3+ years of relevant structural design experience (buildings preferred)Working knowledge of structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM)Familiarity with building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE)Strong communication skills and desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environmentIdeally, You’ll Also HaveMaster’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasisEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or progress toward PE licensureExperience with Revit or other BIM toolsExposure to design-build or collaborative delivery methodsInterest in working across diverse building types and project scalesOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
