This role is ideal for an experienced designer passionate about crafting intuitive user journeys, improving product usability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applicationsConduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XDCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiencesMaintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across productsOptimize user flows, accessibility, and overall product usabilityStay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practicesQualifications5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and/or mobile)Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practicesExperience with design systems and responsive designAbility to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insightsStrong communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS) is a plusFully remote role – work from anywhere with a stable internet connectionWork with high-growth startups and global tech companiesCareer growth opportunities with international teams and innovative productsWork on impactful digital products used by customers around the worldCollaborative remote culture with structured onboarding and support#J-18808-Ljbffr
