Speech Pathology Provider

We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathology Provider to become part of our dedicated team at Berkshire Meadows! Our program offers services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting to children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including substantial cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities.Responsibilities:Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, the Speech Pathology Provider plays an essential role in supporting residents with a wide range of disabilities. This includes AAC-focused work with children and adults, including modeling and training staff on the use of devices. Additionally, work related to oral motor and feeding, as well as language-based efforts aimed at enhancing expressive, receptive, and pragmatic skills. We also provide low-tech communication supports across the various settings we serve.Schedule: 16 to 24 hours per month. We can be flexible in accommodating your schedule.CompensationThe pay range for this position is $50.00 to $75.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. We can consider candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license and will provide supervision and training to enhance your professional skills. Out-of-state certifications will also be taken into account.Candidates who hold a current CPR certification are preferred.
