Escrow Officer

Job Description Compensation: Salary + Commission, PTO, Life Insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k.Responsibilities and DutiesEscrow Officer will bring/provide their own book of business from surrounding Phoenix Valley area.Maintain a minimum monthly volume of $15,000 escrow feesAttract clients by contacting prospects; following-up on leads; explaining servicesOpening new escrow transactions and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.Completing real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.Preparing transaction documents by completing forms and statements; collecting and reviewing existing documents.Completing closing by recording and filing documents; preparing and distributing final closing documentsMust understand the full escrow processComplying with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirementsQualifications3+ years recent escrow experience as Escrow Officer or Junior Escrow Officer, handling sales files from beginning to endTech Savvy - someone who can learn new systems.High School diploma or equivalentCollege Degree preferredAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExceptional communication skills: written, telephone and in personCommitment to excellent client service and excellent follow-up skillsStrong computer skills and experience working with paperless escrow processesLocation:Phoenix (Valley Wide)BENEFITSSalary commensurate with experienceEligible for medical benefits after 3 months of employment401k with company matchWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
