Job Title: HR Technology Data & Reporting AnalystLocation: Vienna, VA Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 40.0  ResponsibilitiesConsolidate and integrate data across HR Technology platforms, including Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), Azure DevOps (ADO), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Design and deliver reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into HR Technology operationsCreate dashboards and reports that highlight operational performance (intake trends, incidents, SLAs), platform health, and system usage metricsDevelop executive-level summaries for leadership reportingBuild data visualizations that are clear, compelling, and actionable for both executive leadership and operational teamsDevelop reporting across ADO (epics, features, user stories, throughput, velocity)Develop reporting across ServiceNow (cases, incidents, requests, trend analysis, resolution metrics)Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvementLeverage AI tools and techniques to automate data aggregation and reporting processesSurface predictive insights and trends using AI-driven approachesImprove data quality and reporting efficiency through automationRecommend innovative approaches to enhance reporting capabilities and scalabilityPartner with HR Technology and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify reporting requirementsTranslate business questions into analytical frameworks and outputPresent insights and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly mannerRequirements5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligenceStrong experience with HR Technology platforms (Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, ADO preferred)Advanced data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)Experience integrating and aggregating data across multiple systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in HR Technology or enterprise platforms (preferred)Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data analysis or automation (preferred)Experience with executive-level reporting and dashboard creation (preferred)Knowledge of Agile metrics and delivery reporting (preferred)System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
